Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der App kiddiOS der microyou GmbH (Marke Kadeemy®). Mit der Installation und Nutzung der App stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu.
Wir gewähren dir ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, kiddiOS für private, nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke auf von dir kontrollierten Geräten zu nutzen. Auf iOS gilt ergänzend die Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA) von Apple.
kiddiOS ist mit einem kostenlosen Bereich nutzbar. Erweiterte Inhalte sind über ein Abonnement (monatlich oder jährlich) oder einen einmaligen Kauf („Lifetime") freischaltbar. Aktuelle Preise werden vor dem Kauf in der App bzw. im jeweiligen App-Store angezeigt.
Du verpflichtest dich, die App nicht zu manipulieren, zurückzuentwickeln oder missbräuchlich zu nutzen. Die App ist als Lernhilfe gedacht und ersetzt keine pädagogische oder medizinische Beratung.
Die App wird mit angemessener Sorgfalt bereitgestellt, jedoch ohne Gewähr für ununterbrochene oder fehlerfreie Verfügbarkeit. Für Schäden haften wir nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten; im Übrigen ist die Haftung im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen ausgeschlossen.
Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen, wenn dies aus rechtlichen oder funktionalen Gründen erforderlich ist. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist unter kiddios.app abrufbar.
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzlandes bleiben unberührt.

These terms govern your use of the kiddiOS app by microyou GmbH (Kadeemy® brand). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.
We grant you a simple, non-transferable right to use kiddiOS for private, non-commercial purposes on devices you control. On iOS, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) additionally applies.
kiddiOS includes a free area. Extended content can be unlocked via a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time purchase ("Lifetime"). Current prices are shown before purchase in the app and/or the respective app store.
You agree not to tamper with, reverse-engineer or misuse the app. The app is intended as a learning aid and does not replace pedagogical or medical advice.
The app is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for breach of essential contractual duties; otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
We may adapt these terms where legally or functionally required. The current version is available at kiddios.app.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Estas condiciones rigen el uso de la app kiddiOS de microyou GmbH (marca Kadeemy®). Al instalar y usar la app aceptas estas condiciones.
Te concedemos un derecho simple e intransferible para usar kiddiOS con fines privados y no comerciales en dispositivos que controles. En iOS se aplica además el Acuerdo de Licencia Estándar (EULA) de Apple.
kiddiOS incluye un área gratuita. El contenido ampliado se puede desbloquear mediante una suscripción (mensual o anual) o una compra única ("Lifetime"). Los precios actuales se muestran antes de la compra en la app o en la tienda correspondiente.
Te comprometes a no manipular, realizar ingeniería inversa ni usar indebidamente la app. La app es una ayuda de aprendizaje y no sustituye el asesoramiento pedagógico o médico.
La app se ofrece con un cuidado razonable, pero sin garantía de disponibilidad ininterrumpida o sin errores. Solo respondemos por dolo y negligencia grave y por el incumplimiento de deberes contractuales esenciales; por lo demás, la responsabilidad queda excluida en la medida permitida por la ley.
Podemos adaptar estas condiciones cuando sea legal o funcionalmente necesario. La versión vigente está disponible en kiddios.app.
Se aplica el derecho alemán, excluyendo la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderías. Las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia no se ven afectadas.
